"Yeimi and her staff are complete and utter jokes. - Their communication is terrible. - Employees do not answer the phone, they do not relay client request when asking for call backs. - I was quoted the wrong number and charged more later. - Signed up for semi annual billing and paid for semi annual billing and after calling State Farm directly was told credits were being docked from my account because the agent put in the wrong process and was being billed monthly on credits - Tried calling the office 4x in a day and when I finally went into the store location I was basically called a liar and asked to come back the next day because they were closing up and Yeimi had left for the day. If you want a more seamless process I suggest finding a different local agent that actually cares about their career more than the circus being run here."

"I've been dealing with this office for a few years. They're usually good, being that I don't really call or ask for much, but if I could give them 0 stars right now I would. I have 6 different policies with this office. I called them to add a new homeowner's policy back in August. I got a quote which we spoke about for 2 days strait and adjusted limits and so on and I gave the rep on the phone a credit card to process the premium for 6 months. I explained that there is no escrow for the insurance and that I would be paying out of pocket. Everything was accepted and he emailed me the quote from underwriting. I called regarding a different matter a couple of days ago and then asked about paying the upcoming payment for my homeowner's policy only to find out that they never processed the premium payment and that the policy was not started. She originally said the bank didn't send the payment, I said there was no escrow and that I personally gave a card to use. I do not check my statements because I have a ton of transactions on them but I spoke to the rep at that office a few times over a two-day period and he said that everything was taken care of. The owner of the office couldn't do anything except tell me that she "understands how I feel" and when I pushed for a resolution she said she would contact underwriting and the answer is that there is nothing that they can do. I don't blame underwriting. I blame the incompetency out of this office. Not only am I without insurance for the past 6 months, and that this will definitely cause an issue for me in the future, but her office never started a policy that they would've also made a commission on. This is absolutely unacceptable!"
